| The Queens-based Center is for women who want to take responsibility for their lives and are seeking emotional support, increased conscious awareness and spiritual guidance to help them on their journey of growth and evolvement leading them into truth and wholeness.
What we believe determines what we make true, so by changing old perceptions, self-defeating mindsets, self-sabotaging patterns, and working through our fears, and doubts, we liberate ourselves from internal oppression and thereby transform our external reality. |

I use a combination of these contingent on the needs of the individual concerned.
Psychospiritual Therapy seeks the integration of body, mind and spirit leading to long term change and personal mastery. The therapist assumes the role of educator and the client that of student; the process resembles an apprenticeship more than a traditional therapy. A wide range of methods are used to alter the energy body and facilitate a shift in the internal dialogue; these include exposure to alternate realities heightening awareness and focusing attention on the moment, guided imagery, meditation, breathing, inner journeys, and philosophical discussion.
| Transpersonal Counseling is an approach to understanding human existence which goes beyond the tenets of conventional psychology. Human beings are perceived in a larger spiritual or cosmic context in which each individual is called to his or her own unique spiritual journey on earth, actualizing potentials and talents rather than learning to adjust and normalize. The emphasis is on values and meta-values, ultimate concern, identity beyond the personal, non-ordinary states of consciousness, self realization and self-transcendence, meditation, prayer and letting go. It is assumed that optimum ego development is only a stage in moving to ever higher levels of consciousness and creativity |
 | Spiritual Counseling is based on intuitive insight and knowledge of universal laws along with use of basic psychological precepts. Karmic ties and belief systems can explain how and why we find ourselves in difficult situations. You will be provided with tools to help you cope with or overcome the problems you have encountered.

Prior to this, I worked as an Educational Therapist in a Treatment Center for Emotionally Disturbed Children.
